How do I return or exchange my items?

Due to covid and each item being custom made just for you, we are not able to process returns, exchanges, cancel orders or process refunds.

*It is solely the owner's discretion to make an exception(rare) to policy.

What if my package is lost in transit?
TOPPDESIGNZ is not responsible for lost or delayed packages after the item(s) have been shipped.
